Food was cold and soggy due to condensation from tbe food being too long in a cool.bag.

The delivery bags we used is not cool bag at all it got foil inside when food is hot it will hold temperature.when food is cold it will stay cool . It mean to be used both side. . And the food you ordered is 2 portion chicken balls and chips as well spring rolls those are deep fried item once we packed them inside plastic bag it will definitely get wet and soggy . We are sorry about it disappointed you .its extremely busy today we could not make it on time .give us a call we will look after you .as well thank you for the feed back we will working hard on make sure food is nice and hot next time .thank you
