A little bit about us
We take our burgers seriously. Utmost care for customers means that each beef burger is cooked medium unless specifically requested otherwise (unlike a steak, a burger needs to be cooked through to reduce risk). The Food Standards Agency recommends that children, pregnant women and anyone with a weaker immune system ask for their burgers to be well done. However they are cooked, burgers don't come any better than this.
