My beef burger was undercooked sadly all my food was cold chips where cold and chips where hard as it seemed they have been left on the side for to long won’t be ordering again from GBK

The food was late; the restaurant had the food ready in good time but the pick up took so much time that he the food was cold when it arrived. It went straight to the bin. It may not be the restaurant's fault but I will not be using Just Eat again.
