Friday 16 August 2024Despite asking for 2 items (chilli jam and tomato) not to be included on my burger one of them was. What's the point of allowing customers to leave certain things off if the restaurant staff don't read the order properly. They clearly read the order, because they left one of the items off, they just didn't read it properly. Just Eat said they wouldn't do anything, despite having photos of a burger and bun covered in chilli jam.
