Burger was too cold and all the ingredients was out of the box. Could have made a foil sheet to pack the burger. Way bad quality for the price.

The food was cold and packaging was poor , the bag wasn’t even sealed close properly , i ordered extra pulled beef and it wasn’t any pulled beef on the burger at all , it took very long to arrive and with the bag being open i couldn’t trust the food to be untouched wile it was in the way to me , this is worst experience i had and the food was very expensive i expect better food and service if i spent £30 for one burger and chips

My meal arrived over two hours late, which was incredibly disappointing. The long wait ruined the convenience I was expecting, and by the time it arrived, the food was not as fresh as it should have been.

Beef burger meal deal with onion rings and a milkshake but only the milkshake turned up. Driverr said that’s all he got. Restaurant said he just left too quick and wouldn’t remake the order. Requested a refund. 0/10

A little bit about us

We take our burgers seriously. Burgers cooked medium rare carry a higher risk of food poisoning. Unlike a steak, a burger needs to be cooked through to reduce that risk. The Food Standards Agency recommends that children, pregnant women and anyone with a weaker immune system have their burgers well done. Allergies: We are unfortunately unable to process any allergy orders via our delivery partners due to the contamination risk in transit which we have limited control over. Please call the restaurant directly for any further information or queries relating to this. We will happily be able to cater for any allergy orders collected directly from our restaurants in person
