Saturday 28 October 2023Ordered food at 19.49 and it arrived at 22.00. It arrived inedible as it had clearly been left out for over an hour whilst waiting for a driver to be assigned. It was FREEZING cold and went straight into the bin! This cost over £30 and it was not even fit for consumption, waiting over 1hour and half and it still “waiting for an update” until 15 minutes before the restaurant came clearly had a huge impact on why the food was delivered in the condition it did. The driver arrived 15 minutes after collecting the order yet the order was not even Luke warm. I expect a refund or won’t be ordering again.

We take our burgers seriously. Burgers cooked medium rare carry a higher risk of food poisoning. Unlike a steak, a burger needs to be cooked through to reduce that risk. The Food Standards Agency recommends that children, pregnant women and anyone with a weaker immune system have their burgers well done.
