I waited almost an hour for my order and when it arrived to me it arrived cold and inedible, I spent £25 for this order, so this is not acceptable. I called the restaraunt and the manager too told me the order had been made a while ago but there was no driver from just eat, even though your app was showing me driver at the restaraunt for the duration of the time. This is not acceptable , please refund me for this order fuill.

There are always problems at this restaurant. Every time I order, the order is late and cold. I'm given an expected time, I wait for it, then it changes and changes again to a later time. The restaurant is disorganized--continuing to accept orders when it's overwhelmed--and the drivers hate going there because it's at the top of a mall and they have to leave their bikes to potentially be taken at the bottom. It should be removed from Just Eat because so many people have problems.

Our order was placed and scheduled to be delivered within a specified time. One of our drinks was incorrect, and wasn't liked by anyone I had ordered for, so that wasted money. The just eat driver also went off line and could not be tracked and was over half an hour late, buy which time the food was luke warm and the fries were soggy. The restaurant supplying was within a mile or so away.

I was given a delivery time of 45 minutes and it took over two hours. The food was stone cold and congealed when it arrived. I watched the driver go all around the city on the map but when he finally showed up, he said he had just picked it up. I used the incredibly slow and hard-to-find Just Eat chat function when I was waiting. The agent who answered refused to cancel the order or refund me. If you order from this restaurant, you will have problems because it's upstairs through a mall and the drivers don't want to have to leave their vehicles and go there.

This ratings system is not fair. This restaurant gets bad ratings because of the DELIVERY, not the food. I always have problems with delivery from this restaurant because it is upstairs in a mall and delivery drivers don't want to leave their bikes and go there. My deliveryman's bike was stolen last time I ordered and this time I received the wrong order, something I can't eat. The driver had left by the time I realized. I have had only one problem-free delivery out of about ten deliveries and I won't be ordering again.

I would order from this restaurant more often, but there are so often problems--usually because of delivery. The restaurant is located upstairs in the Cabot Circus mall and delivery people don't want to go there to pick up orders (understandably because their bikes can get stolen while they're in the mall). Today everything was great. Fast delivery, correct order, high-quality food. I just wish it could be consistent.
