Kept changing the time on the delivery we waited over a hour and once it came it was freezing

They didnt even order the food I ordered, got a phone call for the second time from greggs saying they haven’t got something I ordered and the second time got told the restaurant is closing and that they had the order ready but couldn’t get a delivery driver to deliver it as they all left, absolutely disgraceful service from just eat for them to then say they are delivering food 2 hrs later after the lady from the shop said they can’t deliver it!
