    I ordered over an hour before I wanted it delivered for 9:55 delivery. the courier arrived at 10.25, long after my break had finished. I understand that drivers collect multiple orders, however, he waited over 20 minutes at the restaurant collecting multiple orders which was confirmed by his food bag on arrival. my food was stone cold by the time I could eat it. perhaps consider priority delivery

    They changed the delivery time so it was over an hour late. When it arrived it was cold
