Absolutely ridiculous! I ordered 2 hours prior had to ring Greggs twice to ask where my order was (wasn’t their fault) just eat drivers sort yourself out!!!!!!!

This Branch of Greggs is awful... They ALWAYS get your order wrong. Usually takes around 3x the estimated delivery time. I have obtained a refund (either full or part) for my last 3 orders. They will also often take your order, just to inform you 2 hours later that they cannot fulfill it. Ordering through from the Harrogate branch is much faster, and you are far more likely to obtain what you asked for. Sack the management!!

Completely wrong order, everything wrong with exception of drinks. Restaurant blamed driver but it was the right receipt on the bag with my name so the wrong food had been placed in the bag.
