By mistake, I asked for collection & could find no way to cancel my order. I have re-ordered for delivery this time but have lost the money for the first order. I could not cancel it.

Ordered it at 08:20am and was accepted, Asked for it to be delivered at 09:05am as I am at work, it got delivered 40 minutes late. The porridge was difficult to eat and cold when it had arrived as it was too stodgy.
