my drinks didn't have tape on which caused the drinks to spill all over bag so hardly anything let to drink phoned restereraunt woman admitted it was her fault told me to get in touch with just eat for refuund

They gave me food I didn't even order. Now, they are taking their time giving me a refund. To top it off, I have to pay the delivery charge when Just Eat should cover that as part of the refund process, not the customer. Why should customers foot the bill for a unsatisfactory order?
