The delivery time kept changing it originally said 10-20 minutes but took an hour to arrive

ordered £20+ worth of food, when the driver delivered my food he delivered the wrong persons food. Tried to get a refund but greggs are saying that the food was delivered even though i spoke to greggs myself to explain what had happened. Lost £20+. Wouldn’t bother ordering from there.

2nd Saturday in a row I have ordered from this place and it’s the second Saturday my order has been wrong! You have one job and it’s not a hard one? How come you can get orders so wrong when there are 3 items in each?! Awful service
