Food was delivered with no drinks. Paid for the meal deal with drink included, so basically paid £4.65 for 1 pasty. I asked the delivery driver where they are, he said there was none but when I’d shut the door, I noticed the whole bag at the bottom was covered in coffee. All over the food. So is that what I ordered? Food soaked in coffee rather than food with a cup of coffee??

ordered at 9:29 with delivery expected between 9:55 and 10:20. delivery time delayed and delayed with no option to cancel. finally arrived at 11:25 stone cold. shocking and unacceptable service
