I was told it would be about 15/20 minutes. I took an hour. some of it was cold and some of the things weren't available and substituted. I appreciate that they replaced them by way of an apology however it wasn't what I wanted.

Constantly receiving . dry over cooked items bacon hard & over cooked . sausage Rolls burnt & dry . I order & pay for 2 boxed glazed doughnuts & always received 1 box . always disappointed with this greggs . this is the last time .
