I placed an order at 8:43 and it didn’t arrive til 9:53 although it was estimated for 9:15-9:30am which was fine. Then the food and hot drink arrived stone cold as they obviously made the order when it was placed and has obviously been sat there waiting however the driver didn’t turn up to collect until 9:44 am. I am extremely dissatisfied

App not used properly, saying preparing order then before you know it they are knocking on the door (very annoying) food was warm and poor won't be ordering again.
