Food was cold and missimg an item

I was really enjoying Greggs until today. The coffee cup was half empty and coffee was cold. I live less than a five minute walk from the shop. The order was missing items and the driver refused to go back to the shop when the shop asked him to re-deliver the missing items. It’s good to be coerced into canceling the missing items after paying for delivery etc only to be bribed with an additional steak bake as compensation for their mistake. I will have to reconsider if I order again What a pity.

I ordered a 6 slice pizza and 2 wedges and all I received was 2 cookies, I didn't even order cookies. I didn't get my order, I spent almost £20 and received an order worth £3. I can't believe it and they won't answer the phone either. So I've paid £20 for nothing as I didn't get any actual food just 2 cookies.
