Saturday 30 November 2024I ordered my food before 11am but at 1pm it still hadn’t arrived, so I called the restaurant they told me it was ready and had been for a while but waiting to be collected by a driver even though according to the Just Eat app the courier was at the restaurant just after 11am, I contacted just eat who gave me a full refund because my food was not showing any signs of being delivered, but my food turnt up at 2:30 stone cold and inedible over 3 hours after I made the order!

Saturday 16 November 2024I ordered 2 bacon rolls and 2 hash browns. That took an hour from ordering to being delivered! The courier was at the restaurant for over half an hour. If I did collection it was telling me 20 minutes and as it wasn’t down to courier availability, that is poor to take that long for what I had ordered! Unacceptable as it was then cold when it was delivered.
