I wanted the Mexican chicken pizza, which I thought I was getting as they accepted my order. on arrival on the receipt it stated no chicken, why did they accept the order, really not happy

Why does this store not deliver what was ordered, items substituted and not even contacted to ask if that would be ok, also item missing so cannot even count, really poor, then you have to fight with just eat to get a refund, really poor
