Placed an order at 11, didn't arrive till 12.50 when the food was cold. Tget kept changing the estimated times so I couldn't report anything on the app and tried to claim the courier was at the store for an hour which is beyond ridiculous

Let down by the constant price increases recently. The pastry on the sausage rolls tastes too sweet .also could not taste the carmel in your tins of latte. The breakfast rolls where great and yum yum all though too heavy coated in sugar did the job

ordered bacon baguette, received bacon roll(half the price nearly), asked for hot vegan sausage roll got a cold one, staff are useless and refuse to correct this. avoid at all costs. only ordered because it's the only way I'm supposed to be guaranteed a hot sausage roll
