My order had an estimated delivery time of 20-35 minutes. After waiting an hour the delivery time had been pushed back multiple times, finally estimating it would be another hour (2 hours since time of order). I couldn’t cancel the order as I’d already been charged so I collected it myself an hour after placing the order. It was ready to collect so it was not a problem from the restaurant but with the delivery service. I would like a refund for this.
