    my hot latter the lid was open and not put on properly, seal was over the sip hole but the actual lid was not on so latter cold and open fpr delover9driver.

    Food was good, still hot too. The donuts were fresh. Only reason i gave 3 stars is because i never received my latte, the delivery person never even said anything i assumed they forgot & would of came back with a new one but no.
