Driver didn’t even bother to try and deliver the order. He said there was no access to the hospital and took the food order back to the shop but marked it as delivered on the app. I’ve had to ask one of the staff to walk over to the shop and collect the order on my behalf as I am too poorly to leave. Shocking service. I would like a refund on my whole order as I refuse to pay for a service that wasn’t fulfilled and my food and coffee are also now freezing cold. Will NOT be using Just Eat again.

Kept pushing delivery time back way over an hour after when it should have arrived, tried cancelling order but just wouldnt let me simply cancel it and get a refund to get something else terrible service.
