The driver today was a joke! Food arrived stone cold. Ordered to my work he wouldn't drive into carpark then wouldn't come into reception..Not acceptable.

items were missing from the order. when rang to ask why they said that a staff member clearly hadn't paid attention to the order and they had a back log as they had been busy so hasn't paid attention. absolutely ridiculous
