Very disappointed this order took nearly 2 hours to come from ordering to delivering and all my order was hot food obviously delivered cold I contacted the store on 2 occasions my order was made up at least 1 hour 30 minutes before this was delivered very disappointing for an order over £30

Paid £25 for 4 pizzas and 1 hot chocolate basically missed the full order, rang them up and nothing they can do.

All the food is cold coffee spilt and the delivery driver so rude. Ripped the bag open to tell me the coffee spilt then handed it to me half full then threw the wet bag in nextdoors recycling! Half an hour late I want a full refund. Over £15 to only enjoy a bottle of lucazade and a doughnut!!
