Waited over an hour for my food & didn’t get the right items on top of that

Came to collect it the food was not ready. They took the pizza out of the oven early so they can serve my food. I was given cold sausage rolls instead of hot ones. Due to them preparing the food later. Instead of waiting the original collection time, I had to wait an extra 10mins and was still given the wrong food

Worst driver I have ever come across. Useless & unbelievable. He did not come to my destination I had to come out of my work place to meet him. He took over an hour to deliver this. I spent nearly £50 for a lot of people to then get freezing cold & missing food. Very poor service this driver needs to be sacked. Not helpful and very rude
