Delivery driver didn't deliver my food. Arrived at my flat and told me to come outside to collect it. I am unwell so couldnt and so she drove off and marked my order as delivered without delivering my food. This is theft.

By the time our food arrived (well over an hour and a half after their original suggested time) it was stone cold. We ordered a number of items, all of which needed reheating.
