latte and hot chocolate spilt over everything. Substitute I didn't ask for or want. Deliveryman had a ruined bag from the drinks not being secure enough

Ordered at 08:00hrs, initial delivery time was 08:20 -this then changed 3 times, with a final time of 09:30. When order arrived, both the food and the drinks were barely warm, probably prepared and then sat waiting for delivery as we live no more than 10 mins from place of order. I used the “I have a problem” section, filled in the problem and was offered £3.60 credit, considering the total order was nearly £15.00, bit of a poor offer. Will be a while before trying again.
