Ordered 4 pasties & 2 sandwiches. Sent 3 pasties & replaced one of the sandwiches with a minging one. So basically 1 of the 3 people eating, had nothing.

They didn’t provide me with any dip sauce when I asked for them, even though it clearly states on their Greggs website that “the six-slice sharing box is bursting with flavor and you can even mix and match your two favorite Greggs pizza toppings. Choose two different pizzas and get three slices of each, which is perfect for keeping everyone happy. Served with a dip of your choice, including hot sauce, garlic and herb, or BBQ. Yum!” STINGY & POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THAT BIG CAUCASIAN LADY! 👎🏻

White Rose Greggs never seem to be able to put a simple order together. All food arrived cold and needed warming up to eat. This included the festive flatbread which was still sealed. Once warmed up though was usual Greggs!

Waited for two hours for a cold greggs!!! Paid for hot food to arrive stale and cold two hours later. Never had a issue before not sure if weather related but something needs to be done! Do better
