Sunday 05 January 2025I ordered the HOT ham and cheese baguette it arrived stone cold not even heated just a baguette with butter I also ordered potato wedges. They are also cold. I didn’t get my barbecue dip. The only thing they got right was which drink and doughnut I wanted.

Saturday 07 December 2024Tried to cancel numerous times but wouldn't let me. All food stone cold.. Unable to re-heat. Very poor customer service. Food ordered at 9:37 arrived at 11:04.

Thursday 28 November 2024This has been the worst delivery I’ve had. I’m disabled and can’t get out of my house to get to Greggs. I was looking forward to my coffee this morning but there was none, it had all spilled out of the cup. Both the bacon & sausage roll were cold.
