Wednesday 10 July 2024Selected “collection” at check-out, and was told the food would be ready by 20past. Got there and they said they couldn’t find my order and that you can’t order collection on Just Eat. Although I showed them the online confirmation they still weren’t cooking it. They eventually found it after 30 MINS of being stood there. Rude service, no apology, no nothing. Worst experience ever.

We do apologise for the inconvenience, we only knew of receiving delivery orders. My staff were also under a lot of pressure as it was absolutely busy die to england football match.
The professionalism approached to you was not at its best and we do apologise.
They struggled to find your order too as the machines were not clearly showing them what was a collection.
