Food arrived cold, without being delivered in a heat bag when I rang the restaurant they said they was unable to do anything and proceeded to hang up

Please tell me why the same shop has to different name yet it all comes from the same place. The milkshake was tasteless and the donner wrap with fries inside was so bad nd out of place. Me reading reviews nd seeing how bad it is disgusts me, I have been debating if I should actually expose you ppl using my big social media account or not but after reading the reviews I have to do that, and don’t even start me on what happened when I went to collect the food SMH

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. Actually this is a dark kitchen which is shared by the 2 different brand. We tried to bring some new taste different then the others. Donner racipe is diffirent from this town i apologise if you did not like it.

First time ordering. It was OK except they forgot to put my selected toppings on the pizza. Will try again and hopefully the next order will be correct.
