chips were dry and awful. food was nt warm and asked for no lettuce and got lettuce

Took almost two hours for them to deliver burger and chips meal, I called the restaurant several times and they kept saying it’ll be with me within 10mins for over an hour. When the driver arrived he just kept smiling when I asked him why the delay. The food was super cold and the wrong drinks were delivered, and I ordered burger sauce with my cheese burger which didn’t have anything was dry. They gave me two 7up drinks instead of Pepsi max which I ordered. Will never order from them again.

I ordered peri peri lamb chops meal they sent chicken instead and tango instead of fanta then refuse refund

Ordered 5:25, delivered 7:20pm - cold food and ridiculously late, asked for refund or partial and was told I was not eligible, called restaurant who turned phone off on me multiple times, very unhappy
