Shashlik Skewer

The Amazing Gulab Shashlik Skewer Our fantastic shashlik skewers offer a whole new way to enjoy meat, fish and vegetables and although they may be similar in appearance to a kebab, they will blow your mind! First we take a 12” long skewer and load it with pieces of your chosen option of specially prepared and flavoured lamb, chicken, king prawns or paneer (Indian cheese similar to haloumi). We then add onions, peppers and courgettes between the pieces and then cook the skewer in the tandoor to really bring out the flavours. We serve the skewers accompanied by a seasonal mixed vegetable side dish for dipping, prepared to your desired level of spiciness, fluffy kesar pilau rice to absorb the flavours and rounded off with one of our celebrated nan breads.

I've so disappointed in the Gulab this is normally my go to curry. sadly I technically received half of my starter and the chicken was so chewy I wouldn't have fed it to my dog and only two of the the 4 samosas I ordered. We used to use this place and dine in weekly it feels there's been a decline so much

The food was great as always, the person delivering the food told us immediately that one of the containers had leaked a bit in transit andhas already organised for a replacement to be sent out, which was brought out really quickly. Really fantastic service.
