Sunday 30 June 2024we've ordered a few times and we genuinely love the food, we sometimes order in store and take home. but there seems to have been some breakdown in communication here. phoned the shop as driver was in same position for 1/2hour 1mile away, they told me the driver cancelled the order and the food was there. I went to the shop to pick it up. all very confusing, driver turns up at my house upset that shop said this, staff although lovely were unhelpful. we ate 45mins after food should have arrived

We are really sorry about this.
The driver basically accepted the order, and then didn’t come to collect for ages, and then cancelled.
Another driver was finally assigned and this is why there was a delay.
We don’t have our own drivers, so all drivers are via the Just Eat app.
Please feel free to call us directly at the restaurant for a collection if this is easier so your food isn’t delayed again.
