Saturday 22 March 2025Arrived at the restaurant for the collection time, spoke to staff who advised me to sit and wait. After 45 minutes of waiting I finally was able to speak to a member of staff who said they would check on my order, after another 20 minutes I finally received my order. I sat in the restaurant for over an hour before receiving my food, terrible customer service.
