Delivery was late, called restaurant twice to be told driver on way which they clearly weren’t .Satay was fatty and chewy and omlette was ok and foo yung was average. We won’t be ordering from here again as this is the second time the order late.

We have used Happy House for many years now, but the food quality has declined (now very salty) and the original delivery estimate was very long (90 minutes at ordering) and they were nearly an hour past that. We’ll be looking for an alternative…..

Ordered at 5.50pm for delivery between 7.05-7.25pm. then when it didn't arrive the time was changed to 7.55pm - arrived at 8pm, food was cold had to reheat. given £3.00 refund. Not impressed!

Originally the app said 25-35 minutes which was perfect for us. It eventually arrived after approx 2 and a half hours. Food okay, just massively disappointed with the wait time

I have been using this takeaway for a while now and each time I contemplate will this be late? Today was far too late from 6.30 to ordering food for tea to arrive at 9.20 pm is far too late to eat. I will have second thoughts upon ordering again if the wait time is this long. This needs to improve as it seems to be a problem in waiting for food, having ordered this in plenty of time to eat at a reasonable hour and calling up twice in the process is unnecessary.

Awful experience, waiting over an hour for the food to arrive, once it arrived the order was wrong, they had missed an item, however gave us extra chips for being late, we already had a portion of chips ordered so didn’t require two.
