was given a time then it changed not much late just the food was cold when it arrived I cannot eat cold rubber chips

Food said ready for collection- it’s now 19 minutes later than collection time and I’m still sat in the shop waiting for our order! She replied we are busy! Don’t say it’s ready then if it’s not!
