the order was ready at the restaurant 45 mins before the just eat driver collected it so the food was soggy and cold

Everything was microwaved in sealed bags and sent on. None of it freshly cooked. Very weird.

David everything is cooked fresh the sticker on each containers says that aswell, and we using a sealing machine instead on normal containers so your food stays hot for long and doesnt spill
