The chips was hard in the middle and under cooked. Fish was soaked and smelled old oil. Onion rings was ok

It was the third time ordering, but the food came really late, and when it arrived, it was a disgrace. The potatoes were inedible, very saggy, and looking old, and the fish was almost burnt.
