    Placed my order at 18:20. Order was delivered at 20:53. Obviously it was cold. No apology.

    not please that a small tub of ice cream is no longer included and now costs nearly £3 extra. its made it more likely that I won't order in future as the desserts are already expensive but worth it for a treat. unfortunately the extra when buying for a few at a time makes it unaffordable. Thus I am less likely to order in future, which is very saddening.
