Delivery window given was 20:25 - 20:45. It turned up at almost 21:30, by which time the people I’d ordered the food for were getting ready for bed. I tried to cancel it for a refund but got refused and told me my next order would get a discount. So, now I have food here nobody wants and I paid for it and a promise of a future discount for a restaurant I’ll never use again. The only reason I selected this restaurant is as because it was the quickest on the app, but that was mis-sold.
