Chips where under cooked and rissoles where not cooked right and sausages where Realy under cooked even dogs wud not eat them

Very nice, beautiful fish and nicely cooked chips,just a bit disappointed there were no potatoe fritters on the day.

Food arrived on time. Was a little cool but was still lovely

Chips were lovely. Crispy & piping hot. Updated throughout. Courier very friendly. Superb service as usual.

Have had food from hiks in the past and it normally really nice unfortunately this wasn’t one of them days. Chips were dry and tasteless and the curry sauce didn’t have a lot of flavour either the only saving grace was the sausage which was ok

Potatoe fritters were luke warm, but the fish was beautiful.

Disappointed that staff serving the online meals miss out some of your order. Food amazing, delivery amazing. Staff need to check and double check before meals are sent out for delivery. No point ordering a meal deal when parts of the meal deal are missing? :-(

Wafer thin beef with not much gravy definitely not worth the money

I ordered 3 dinners only had 2 gravy’s, and the mash was full of lumps and cans of coke were warm, I wouldn’t waste my money on a roast from here ever again

If you would please add a comment stating you would like the cans to be cold and your happy for us to add it with your meal a member of staff will make sure you have cold cans but please be aware the chances your food can be a little cooler. We will check with regards to the mash and see if there was something wrong. If you don’t mind as well adding a comment for the missing graver and we will add to the order, thank you for your feedback and custom.

The fish & chips are good but the Faggots I won’t be returning for they didn’t taste nice at all, lacked any flavour & you could do them yourself for £1 from any supermarket & they would be better than what these were. Maybe a supplier / quality issue

I ordered a little earlier than normal but the chips were barely warm so not so good this time around.

The food l received was luke warm and the chips were hard like they had been cooked for a while.

I paid 2.50 for a cheese rissol but it never came it wasn't there in bag..chips hurt my throat to eat.. I'm daibetic and needed food, let down

My chips came in paper!!!!!! and they were all stuck to the paper
