Tender lamb seasoned with a touch of ginger and coriander. Cooked in a tomato, garlic and ginger sauce served with pilau rice and fresh cooked spinach.

Our chef’s own recipe of minced chicken marinated with special herbs and spices. Cooked in skewers in the tandoor and wrapped with freshly prepared plain naan and mixed salad.

Spiced fresh salmon filet brochette marinated in our own masala, cooked in the tandoor mixed with fresh spinach and wrapped in freshly prepared plain naan with a mixed salad.

Homemade cottage cheese marinated with our own special spices, slowly cooked with green peppers and onions in the tandoor and wrapped in freshly prepared plain naan with mixed salad.

Minced lamb prepared with a variety of fresh herb and our own spices, skewered and cooked in tandoor and wrapped in freshly prepared plain naan with mixed salad.

A winning seasonal combination of fresh vegetables and our own spices and herbs create this wonderful dish served with tarka (chana) daal and plain rice.

Mixture of fresh cucumber, carrot, onion, red cabbage, fresh coriander and white chickpeas with the hint of chat masala.
