Normally ontime and lovely. Not this time 25 mins late 3 pieces of meat in shish kebab. ☹

Holywell is normally our go to but I’m not too sure if we’ll be back if I’m honest. Our chips were stone cold, our cheesy garlic bread had next to no cheese on it. Our pitta bread was stale, it wasn’t just dry but stale and Inedible. The lamb was tasty but all That could be tasted in the donnar meat was pepper and our chicken kebab was dry. The pizza arrived in a pool of grease. We understand that the pizza would be a bit greasy due to the lid being closed when hot but it was just soaking in grease. More than half the food went in the bin unfortunately. I really wish I was over exaggerating but anything but. We were looking forward to our meal so much too since Holywell is a family favourite. I’m not sure if a refund would be given. We have no intention of leaving bad reviews on sites don’t worry. It’s just a shame We paid so much money and didn’t enjoy :(

I ordered from this restaurant by mistake, I called to cancel and the man came on the phone and was really rude to me. I rang in enough time to cancel it and he refused saying it was a big order so wouldn't cancel it!!

Ordered 1 pizza. Called after an hour to be told it was on its way, there was a mistake with my order. Took over 90 minutes for delivery and it turned up wrong. Couldn’t get back through on the phone.

Order was late but just eat said it was on its way. Called restaurant and they said driver hadn't even collected yet!! It then updated to say it had arrived! I had also ordered my mam and dad one from Holywell and that was delivered earlier!! Not going back there again.

There was no salad on the burgers even though the menu states they come with chips and salad. I was disappointed as we have ordered from them many times and have always been very happy with the food and service. I will order again but will check on collection that I am getting what I ordered.
