Monday 20 November 2023Honestly, not a good experience. My initial order was cancelled, and the restaurant said
( after i had to bring up an image of the shopfront up on g/maps to find their number because they are opporating under 2 different business names and hot chick doesn't have a number)
That it was J.E. that cancelled it due to a lack of drivers, but hot chick have their own drivers also so why not deliver it themselves? Anyway i eventually made another order and hey presto it was delivered almost an hour later, but missing a can of pepsi, at that point the restaurant blamed the driver, and the driver said that he wasn't given the drink! neither wanted to take responsibility or wanted to refund so here i am paying for something i didn't recieve!
I prompted J.E. to refund me for the missing item but ive not recieved anything so that means the restaurant refused it (the restaurant have the opportunity claim a discrepancy and if they do j.e. dont issue the refund)
The burgers and wings themselves were actually quite nice, the chips were incredibly salty and almost inedible one burger had that awful cheap chicken shop mayo from the bottle in it and that completely ruined the flavour, i expect better from somewhere like this as they aren't what youd call cheap. Wish i could give a better review bud it would be unreserved
