Freezing cold, all I can taste is butter and ordered bacon baps and got sandwiches

This has to be the worst order I’ve had from here, the buns were falling apart, like literally came apart, the bacon was as tough as nails to get through, usually have the best bacon rolls from you guys but today has been really disappointing, both bacon baps have been a let down completely
