Friday 11 October 2024Items was incorrect up on arrival the driver only came with one bag and stated he could not collect all food because there was 2 much shopping. He also said another driver was on the way I waited with him for over a hour and the other driver never arrived he has now taken the 3 items that arrived back to the shop and I’m now with no shopping. This is unacceptable just eat are not taking things serious. Please deliver shopping or deliver or i will be forced to contact other party’s to resolve

Wednesday 21 August 2024While waiting for my order to be delivered the driver turned up with wrong shopping which was from Morrisons when I ordered from Iceland, so then he had to drive back to the shop with the wrong shopping he brought and collect mine from Iceland it was such an inconvenience to him and to me he was a nice guy all the same
