The delivery man phoned and said he was in the car park I told him I was at the front door and no-one was there, I couldn’t come out as I didn’t have my key and also I am 9 months pregnant. He was very rude and said “come now else I am going” I told him again I couldn’t see him from the door and he eventually walked around and said very rudely “I was stood right there” and made me cry
