This order was never delivered to our home, as the driver turned up with no items in which we ordered. He proceeded to ask for the code as he said he could help us process a refund as when he showed to the store, it was closed. We are now being told we cannot get a refund, as the code was provided. Not happy whatsoever, given the time of year it is. We have no items which we ordered, out of pocket and no refund being processed. This is totally unacceptable and I will be taking this further.
