Waited over an hour for my shopping to arrive. Spent £45 for them to all f**ck it all up and never bring it. Waste of time and have taken my money.

We have difficult address. Once on Hertford Way, at the very end opposite Crematorium Gates turn LEFT, We are the second bungalow in the right. SATNAV doesn’t recognise our address, you need to follow these instructions for deliver. Thank you,Jenny B

I wish to report the delivery driver as I asked for my shopping to be delivered to the shed by the back door. when he went to front door I had to shout at him to come to my back door. I'm disabled and have trouble walking and carrying shopping. he asked for code and left my shopping in the carpark. please make sure he doesn't deliver my shopping again
